I have finally passed the first trimester of my pregnancy and it was really terrible durign those times. I always feel aweful and sick every morning. Even my morning sickness went on until the afternoon or evening. One time, my husband has to bring in the emergency because of my condition. But by God's grace, everything was fine.
Going back from where I was next year, what I have been doing, it wsa amazing how God designed everything in people's lives. If I never trusted Him this past year, I would probably still be working in the ad agency, waiting and still confused where I am heading. Tim and I still desires to go to mission, but with the baby on the way, God showed us a purpose to wait and pray. I learned in our relationship together that we both have to master a lot of things before we go full-time missionary. Not in a sense of having a theological background or a Master in Mission Studies, but learning about the practicality of life. I know I learned a lot of that growing up in the Philippines. But I realized, it's different when you're with another person. That person you marry is your other half, and you become one and you function like one as God designed it.
Even our move here in Ohio was an amazing act of God's faithfulness. And God never stop his faithfulness because he provided a job for Tim where he could use him and train him in evangelizing to his unreached co-workers. I just can't stop praising my Lord Jesus for always being there with us, even during the hard times.
2 Corinthians 4:7 "But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us."
