I'm having a sale today at MY STORE. My sale would be for one day, but for this blog post...I am extending my sale until April 1. It's my grandma's birthday on April 1 so I want to extend it up to her birthday. She's gone now in heaven...but if she's alive and knows I have this store in Etsy...I'm sure she'll be glad.

It started while I was painting in ACEO form. I took a break to have a sip of coffee and made a sketch on my favorite slab of wood. Being away from my family (my parents & sisters), I always miss them. Sometimes, there's memories that comes back to me about my childhood. I've always believe I can't do anything as good as the people around me in our family.
UNIQUE is my expression that although we are one of many, we can stand out because we're unique. The bottom of the artwork is my expression of reality. A symbolism of people who left our lives. Somehow, there are two or three important people that has been part of our lives, but not part of the tree anymore. Yet, they are still part of our story.
