What is Me.dium

I accidentally found this firefox add on while I was downloading plugins from firefox. So, I thought of trying this. Basically, Me.dium let's you see the website your friends are visiting. I guess it's cool if all your friends are online and if your sharing websites. But of course, in terms of privacy issue...seemed protected and you can also set your visibility to "off".
