Weeks ago, I downloaded Opera browser. I am using Mozilla Firefox which is widely known and an open source application. But I heard Opera is known for its speed and features. So, I tried Opera...yeah it seemed fast and has cool features. But I don't know why the browser keeps shutting off whever I open several tabs. Of course I don't use IE although the new version; IE7 seemed cool and added tabbed browsing.
Anyway, back to Opera vs. Firefox. Yeah, by default...Opera has features like Java/Flash once you downloaded it. But I think this is the reason why my Opera keeps shutting off...it's bloated. It's full that it's eating up all my memory. In the end, I switched back to Firefox and learned the extensions & plugins I can install. Yep...once you download the Firefox...the full package isn't there. You gotta look for more...search for tweaks. Don't forget...plugins can be installed.
